Do I need an account?
No. The app opens directly into Scripture. Your progress, favourites and notes are stored on your device and survive restarts. Signing in is optional and only exists so your library can follow you to another device.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The complete Bible ships inside the app — 66 books, 1,189 chapters, 31,086 verses. Reading, search, favourites, notes, progress and plans never need a connection. Only live AI study and streamed narration use the network, and study falls back to bundled guides when it can’t reach the server.
Which translation is it?
The Berean Standard Bible, 2022 audio edition, dedicated to the public domain. Source and edition details ship with the dataset. More licensed translations may appear in a future release.
Where does the audio come from?
Bob Souer’s narration of the Berean Standard Bible, released under CC0. Word timings are aligned to the text so highlighting follows the voice.
Is the study written by AI?
Study results are generated on demand and always labelled — “AI STUDY” when generated live, “OFFLINE GUIDE” when served from the bundled material. It is supplemental: designed to make a verse clearer, never to replace pastoral or scholarly guidance. No AI key ever lives inside the app.
What happens to my data?
Reading progress, favourites and notes are local by default. If you sign in, they sync so you don’t lose them. You can sign out, or delete your account and all of its data, from the profile screen.
Which devices are supported?
The first release is built for iPhone, with iPad supported. An Android build is in progress.
What languages does the app support?
This site is. The app currently reads the Berean Standard Bible, which is an English translation, so the reading experience is in English. Additional languages depend on translation licensing.
