Delete your account
You can remove your BIBLESCROLL account and everything attached to it whenever you want. The fastest way is inside the app; if you have already deleted the app, use the form at the bottom of this page.
Eliminar tu cuenta
Podés eliminar tu cuenta de BIBLESCROLL y todo lo asociado a ella cuando quieras. La vía más rápida es desde la app; si ya la desinstalaste, usá el formulario al final de esta página.
From inside the app
Open Home and tap the person iconIt sits beside your reading streak, at the top right.
Scroll to the bottom and choose Delete accountIt is the last option on the profile screen.
Type DELETE to confirmThis deliberate step exists so nobody loses a library by accident.
What gets deleted
Your account, email address and display name; every synced favourite, note, read chapter, streak record and reading plan; and your subscription record on our side. It is removed from our live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
What this does not do
It does not cancel your subscription. Apple handles billing, so cancel separately in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, otherwise it keeps renewing.
It does not remove the app from your phone, and it does not touch data stored only on your device — deleting the app does that.
If you no longer have the app
Send us the request below from the email address on the account. We verify ownership before deleting anything, and confirm by email once it is done — within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Desde la app
Abrí Inicio y tocá el ícono de personaEstá al lado de tu racha de lectura, arriba a la derecha.
Bajá hasta el final y elegí Eliminar cuentaEs la última opción de la pantalla de perfil.
Escribí DELETE para confirmarEse paso deliberado existe para que nadie pierda su biblioteca sin querer.
Qué se elimina
Tu cuenta, tu correo y tu nombre visible; todos los favoritos, notas, capítulos leídos, registros de racha y planes sincronizados; y tu registro de suscripción de nuestro lado. Se borra de los sistemas activos de inmediato y de las copias de seguridad en un plazo de 30 días. No se puede deshacer.
Qué no hace
No cancela tu suscripción. La facturación la gestiona Apple, así que cancelala aparte en Ajustes de iOS → tu nombre → Suscripciones; si no, se sigue renovando.
No elimina la app de tu teléfono ni toca los datos guardados solo en el dispositivo: eso lo hace desinstalar la app.
Si ya no tenés la app
Enviá la solicitud de abajo desde el correo de la cuenta. Verificamos la titularidad antes de eliminar nada y confirmamos por correo cuando está hecho: dentro de los 30 días, normalmente mucho antes.
